On January 6, Jiangqi Group and Ningde Times signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Ningde, Fujian. Li Ming, general manager of Jiangqi Group Co., Ltd. and Han Wei, co-president of Ningde Times Market System, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out active cooperation in the supply of power batteries, the introduction of power replacement technology, the joint development and application of new technologies and new products, the expansion of domestic and foreign markets, and the reduction of carbon in the industrial chain, jointly formulate action plans and build a strategic alliance. In the field of power batteries, Ningde Times will provide Jiangqi Group with new products and technologies for power batteries, complete collaborative services for production, sales and research, and highly integrated technologies that combine the deep integration of vehicle platforms and batteries to jointly create competitive new energy models; In terms of technical cooperation, the two sides will establish a joint research and development team to jointly develop and apply new technologies and new products, jointly promote the introduction of CIIC skateboard chassis technology, determine the applicable models of CIIC skateboard chassis, and formulate cooperation programs and development plans according to needs. In addition, the two sides will also establish in-depth cooperation in brand promotion, product marketing, quality cultivation, customer service, talent training and other aspects to jointly create better quality products at higher prices, and promote the leapfrog development of the two businesses.
